Over the centuries Arantzazu has become a symbol for the Basque people, an intersection of culture, our language, architecture, humanism, spirituality and our passion for the great outdoors. An inexhaustible source of social values, Arantzazu has always been a place for brave new endeavours.

Arantzazulab represents an opportunity to continue in this tradition, and make a valuable contribution to our territory in the 21^st century.

Arantzazulab was born out of the humanist tradition and values of Arantzazu, and is committed to the responsibility of continuing to make a valuable contribution to Basque society. It aims to transform Arantzazu into the reference node in social innovation and a hub for people in pursuit of a fairer, more cohesive, competitive and humane society.

With the focus on social action and the environment, the Arantzazulab social innovation laboratory explores innovative solutions for the four major challenges of our society: coexistence, well-being, ecological transition and work. In these times of great upheaval and change, it rises to these challenges by placing social, cultural and economic perspectives at the heart of the agenda.

DOT Coop we are proud to have contributed to the design of the lab model, detailed a laboratory’s own working methodology, defined and proposed different impact actions and drawn the activation ecosystem.

Arantzazulab presents a totally revolutionary and exciting model to address such exciting topics as humanism, citizen participation and social innovation from a unique prism and full of symbolism. It will be a pleasure for DOT Coop to continue walking together.
