Eneko Izquierdo

Eneko is co-founder and CEO at DOT S. Coop, an international business innovation firm focused on social intrapreneurship and innovation design. As expert on organization design and business strategy he has been involved in several projects for companies like Eroski, AXA insurances, Iberdrola, Suez Water – Aguas de Barcelona, Pernod Ricard, Obe Hettich, Bellota and Orbea.
He is lecturer and a team-coach at MTA, Mondragon Team Academy’s (Mondragon University, School of Management) LEINN program (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation), the only official bachelor degree in Europe on Entrepreneurship as well as MINN (International Executive Master program on Intrapreneurship and Open Innovation). He has international experience working in India, China and the US.
Prior to his work in DOT, he worked for the Eroski Group for almost 9 years in the Organization Department, specializing in projects related to design organizational changes and design services for implementing new strategies. He had a leading position in the transformation-project to intraprenurial teams having impact on different Eroski Group’s businesses (currently with 45000 employees and different units Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Perfumes and Sport Stores.).
He has also developed several projects related to the design and implementation of new ways of relationships with customers and rethinking business models for retail, optimization activities, strategic and decision making processes for different businesses.
